Your first Pro subscription payment is refundable if a workspace admin emails support@getnovix.ai within 30 days after that payment. Tell us the workspace name and the account email used at checkout. We return the covered charge to the original payment method and cancel Pro unless you ask us not to.

The guarantee does not refund the $1.49 fee for each approved fix run on Novix's inference key, taxes we cannot legally return, or charges from your own inference provider. It applies once per workspace and only to the initial Pro subscription charge. The Termsgovern the full billing arrangement.
