Email: forward a report, reply to answer
Forward any mail to Novix and it becomes a task. Reply to a Novix email and the reply is a command.
Forwarding
Forward a customer email to Novix’s inbound address and it becomes a task. It is the one doorway with no setup: nothing to connect, nothing to configure.
- The sender decides the workspace, so you have to forward from an address that is a verified member of yours. A stranger is refused, never bounced.
- The forwarded envelope is parsed, so the requester on the task is the customer, not the colleague who pressed forward.
- The sending domain has to authenticate. No DMARC verdict, no task.
Replying
Every email Novix sends replies back to that same address, and a reply is a command: approve a fix, steer a draft, or answer the question a run asked, without opening anything.
