How the free trial works

Your trial starts the moment you create a workspace and runs for 7 days. It is the full product — every connector, the diagnose-and-fix loop, the human-approval gate, the whole dashboard. No feature is held back, and there is no card field to fill in. The exact end date is shown on your billing page in settings.

Nothing is charged — we don’t have your card. When the 7 days are up, your workspace pauses: you can still sign in, but the dashboard asks you to activate before you can keep working. During the beta, activating means entering an access code; card payments arrive with self-serve billing.

Your data stays put. Tickets, diagnoses, integrations, and history are all kept while the workspace is paused, and everything is exactly where you left it when you activate.

Today there is nothing to cancel. No card is on file, so a trial that ends simply pauses — it can never turn into a charge. If you want out entirely, email privacy@getnovix.ai and we delete your workspace and its data (see the Privacy Policy).

When card billing arrives, this is the policy: a trial with a card on file converts to a paid plan when it ends, and you can cancel up until 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid any charge. We will show the deadline in the app, plainly, before you ever add a card.
