Every way to reach Novix, and what each one is for. Email support@getnovix.ai for anything.
Novix has one contact address, on purpose: support@getnovix.ai. Support questions, sales questions, privacy requests, security reports and account deletion all reach a person there. There is no second address to find, and no contact form standing between you and one.

Talk to the founder
Novix is founder-led, so the fastest route to a real answer about whether it fits your stack is a call rather than an email thread. Book a time and bring a real bug: the useful version of this conversation is watching Novix take one of your own reports through to a pull request.
Reporting a security issue
If you have found a vulnerability in Novix, tell us before telling anybody else. We will confirm we received it, keep you posted while we fix it, and credit you if you want to be credited. There is no bounty programme, and we say so rather than implying one. The full policy, including what is in scope, is on the security page.
Where Novix answers you
That is the mail we read. It is worth knowing the other direction too, because most Novix conversations do not happen by email at all: once a workspace is connected, Novix answers in the thread, issue or ticket the report arrived in, and the pull request lands in your own repository. The help centre covers each doorway.
